Fixed an issue where the pet card icon would not display when placed in the shortcut bar.
Added a 10-second cooldown to the TAB key to prevent it from being pressed repeatedly.
The "Newbie Channel" is being updated: it will now be accessible to accounts registered within the last 60 days, with no restrictions based on the number of points (previously, accounts with over 50,000 points were barred from entry). This change will take effect after the next maintenance (scheduled for the morning of November 6th); even if a new player tops up their account with a million points, they will still be able to access the Newbie Channel.
